Specifically , you will be involved in: General office management/operations; IT/systems administration; Assisting with trust and general accounts/billing/debt collection; Client liaison/relationship management; Marketing (social media), events management.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum of 3+ years (or MORE) proven experience as a legal administrator/secretary and/or office/legal practice administrator ; have worked in a LAW FIRM (or accounting firm); have strong organizational+ communication/interpersonal skills; are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE; Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) skills+ IT/tech savvy ; are hungry to PROGRESS your career in a KEY pivotal role with a stand-out law firm dedicated to their staff.
