Senior Estimator – Residential Construction (Inner West, Sydney) A well-established residential home builder (confidential) based in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Senior (or highly experienced) Estimator to join their team.
This is a key hire for someone who can run accurate estimates and support smooth procurement delivery across live projects.
The Role You'll be responsible for end-to-end estimating across residential builds, working closely with construction and procurement to ensure pricing is accurate, suppliers are engaged early, and communication is consistent.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates and take-offs for residential projects Coordinate supplier and contractor pricing , quotes and scope comparisons Assist with procurement ,
