Job Description Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process Maintain accurate and compliant claim records within claims systems Engage and manage rehabilitation and treatment providers Support injured workers through legislative and administrative requirements Ensure data integrity, accurate claim classification, and reporting The Successful Applicant A successful Senior WorkCare Claims Management Consultant should have: Demonstrated experience in workers' compensation claims management, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.




Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and regulations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
