The role: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Orange team.
In this role, you will be reporting to our Estimating Manager and supporting our estimating team in achieving quality projects.
To be successful in this position you'll identify and manage risks and opportunities in new projects through accurate estimation services.
You will produce estimates in a timely manner in line with Renascent's policies and procedures, and in line with individual client or stakeholder requirements.
Your duties and responsibilities: Client Relationships: Maintain proactive communication throughout the pre construction phase, ensuring clients/stakeholders are informed.
Promptly addressing client inquiries and promoting a transparent and reliable relationship.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential project risks, developing strategic mitigation plans to safeguard budgets and timelines while maintaining accuracy.
Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation using market insights and supplier relationships.
Estimate: Produce precise and competitive project estimates by analysing detailed plans, calculating material and labour costs using up-to-date market data, and delivering clear and organised proposals that support informed decision‐making.
Initial Review of tender submissions: Understanding the client brief and divide the overall project scope into trade packages, and prepare clear invitations to tender,



ensuring a streamlined and professional bidding process.
