This growth has created an opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join the team.
They are also open to considering less experienced candidates who bring relevant project exposure and the right mindset.

You'll gain exposure to major data centre projects , expanding your technical expertise while working on some of the most exciting and fast-growing developments in the market.
Key Responsibilities Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims with transparency Resolve commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters efficiently and fairly Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts , ensuring best value for clients Develop cost plans and estimates for key client developments, particularly within DC projects Drive transparent project outcomes through accurate cost reporting and timely communication Actively participate in the tender and bid process ,
from documentation through to analysis and reporting Oversee project expenditure through valuations and cost reporting , clearly communicating any variations Contribute to nimble project delivery , supporting informed decision-making About You Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, ideally within data centres, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related field Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing your own priorities and deadlines Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a client-facing approach Willingness to travel for site visits to engage with clients, contractors, and project teams A collaborative mindset, with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships What's on Offer Work with a globally recognised consultancy at the forefront of data centre delivery Hybrid flexible working – including 2 days from home Projects are largely remote, with site visits required as part of stakeholder engagement Clear career progression pathways , supported by structured development programmes Discretionary annual salary reviews aligned with market and economic conditions Opportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex projects Sponsorship available for the right candidate This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy that places a strong emphasis on people, development, and long-term careers , while working on some of the most in-demand projects in the global market.
