What You'll Be Doing As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk, including: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement Recruiting blue-collar trades and technical professionals across WA Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client partnerships Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates Negotiating offers and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates Working alongside an experienced leadership team to continue growing your market What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring: Previous agency recruitment experience,



or a strong sales background in a KPI-driven environment A proven ability to build relationships and develop new business Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive attitude with the motivation to grow a successful desk The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture What's In It For You?
