About the role Join RFT as a full-time, permanent Driver Trainer based at our Barnawartha Woolworths DC — the operational heart of our network.
Reporting into the Operations team, you'll use your real-world driving experience to coach, mentor and develop the next generation of professional drivers, helping build capability, confidence and a strong safety culture across our fleet.
This role is ideal for experienced drivers looking to transition off the road and into a rewarding career where they can share their knowledge and help develop others.
A formal training qualification is not required to apply — we're looking for people with the right experience, attitude and passion for coaching.
