Tuckerbox Stores Kununurra is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities As a Chef, your duties will include Planning menus in consultation with management, considering seasonal produce, customer preferences, and business requirements.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards.
Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
Managing food preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
Monitoring stock levels and ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you should have:



Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Chef (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
