An established premium men's fashion retailer is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the success of its Bondi Junction store.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store, supporting team performance, driving sales results, and ensuring every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, lead by example, and contribute to achieving strong commercial outcomes.

Roster: Full-time rotating roster, including weekends.
What You'll Be Responsible For * Supporting the Business Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store.
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.




* Leading by example on the shop floor through exceptional customer engagement.
* Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
* Assisting with stock management, rostering, and operational processes.
* Creating a positive, high-performing team culture.
What They're Looking For * Previous leadership experience within fashion retail.
* A genuine passion for premium menswear and customer service.
* Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
* Commercially focused with the ability to drive sales results.
* Confident, organised, and hands-on in your leadership approach.

Salary Benefits * Up to $70,000 + super.
