The Role Reporting into a talented Managing Partner, your role as Financial Controller will be based in Sydney's CBD and you will enjoy an appealing breadth of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Manage,



train and mentor a finance team of 2 staff Management and oversight of the whole finance function while being hands-on with reporting, compliance, tax, budgeting, forecasting analysis Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to understand performance and deliver insights Work with the leadership team on strategic financial management and to support executive decision-making Oversee and drive projects Document and drive best practices Your Background In order to be considered for this Financial Controller opportunity, you must meet the following criteria: Professionally qualified as an Accountant (e.g. CA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Relatable industry experience is a pre-requisite (e.g. Legal, Consulting, Professional Services etc..)
