We are seeking a Tour Guide to join our regional tourism station in Western Australia.
This role involves delivering guided visitor experiences showcasing the natural environment, station activities, and tourism attractions.
You will be responsible for providing engaging, safe, and informative tours to domestic and international visitors.
The role is Full Time, located in Shark Bay Western Australia, live on-site at the Station.
Key Responsibilities Tour Delivery: Conduct guided tours of the tourism station Deliver engaging commentary and storytelling Follow structured tour routes and schedules Ensure tours are delivered in a skilled and consisent manner Visitor Experience: Welcome and assist visitors Provide tourism information and respond to questions Ensure high-quality guest experience Safety: Conduct safety briefings Ensure visitor safety during all tours Follow safety procedures Operational Support:



Prepare tour materials Assist with tour coordination Ensure tour readiness Support continuous improvement of existing tour operations based on frontline experience About You: Experience in tourism, hospitality, guiding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in outdoor regional environments High attention to detail and commitment to clear, accurate communications Ability to engage with groups Passion for tourism and visitor experience Formal tourism qualification is desirable but not essential.
