What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Senior People Capability Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
Preparing employment contracts, variations, onboarding and offboarding documentation Maintaining accurate employee records across HRIS and personnel files Coordinating onboarding to ensure a smooth and compliant start for new employees Managing compliance requirements including police checks, training records and working rights Providing administrative support across P C, including reporting and workforce data Responding to employee queries and managing the P C inbox Supporting performance management processes, grievances and investigations Assisting with policy updates, audits, and compliance reporting Contributing to employee engagement,
wellbeing initiatives and internal programs Providing first-level advice on employee relations matters including awards and Fair Work obligations Supporting learning and development initiatives and mandatory training compliance What you'll need: 2–3 years' experience in an HR or People Capability role Exposure to employee relations, including performance and investigation support Solid understanding of Fair Work and employment legislation (or willingness to build on this) Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency across Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or similar Experience within aged care, health or community services will be highly regarded What's in it for you: Opportunity to broaden your experience across generalist HR functions Supportive team environment with strong leadership Exposure to meaningful work within a purpose-driven sector Ongoing training and development opportunities Further information available upon request How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
