We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Field Service Technician to join our Customer Support team in Kalgoorlie , delivering expert maintenance, diagnostics and repair services across a range of mining and construction equipment.
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance, diagnostic and repair services on Komatsu equipment at customer sites throughout the region.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and component replacements Conduct testing and adjustments on machine operating and monitoring systems Complete accurate service documentation and technical reports Coordinate and support site-based maintenance activities Provide exceptional customer service and technical support Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship Potential Annual Earnings: $234,000 Roster: FIFO 2:1 ex Perth Role Located:



Sunrise Dam - Must be currently living in Perth to be considered for the role.
What we are looking for Trade qualification as a Plant Mechanic or equivalent heavy diesel qualification Experience servicing and repairing mobile mining, construction or heavy equipment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills A commitment to working safely in a field service environment Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Robust communication and customer relationship skills Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Minimum MR Driver's Licence High Risk Work Licence (desirable) Why work for us!
