Job Details Description: Personal Care / Support SW available for client Chiu-Lin Tsang from 10:15 to 12:45 Medical transport/PC as one off on Monday ***** Destination: Balmain Hospital Robust Clinic, 29 Booth Street, Balmain, NSW **** Purpose: Group physiotherapy class (11:00 am 12:00 pm) Schedule:Monday, 15 Dec 10:15 am to 12:45 pm (2.5 hours) Support Worker must be female: Pick up the client from Glen Osmond House and transport to the clinic.
Stay at the clinic during the session to assist with needs such as bathroom support.
Transport the client back to Glen Osmond House after the session.
