This is an opportunity to step out of volume-driven compliance work and into a more commercial, advisory-led environment .
The Role You'll work closely with senior leadership on complex tax and structuring matters, gaining exposure typically reserved for more senior levels in larger firms.
This is a role where you'll: Work directly with high-value, high-profile clients Be involved in complex structuring and strategic tax advice Build relationships, not just process work Develop toward Director level in a clear,



supported way We're Looking For Someone Who: Is currently at Manager level (or strong Senior Consultant ready to step up) Has solid tax fundamentals (CA/CPA qualified or equivalent) Has had some exposure to private clients, HNW individuals or complex groups Is commercially curious and wants to broaden beyond compliance Is ambitious and thinking longer term about progression Why This Role?
