Contract Administrator • Gladstone + WFH • Competitive daily market rates • Initial contract until 30/11/2026 + potential to extend Lime Recruitment is currently working with a major resources client seeking a Contract Administrator to support procurement and contract administration activities within a large operational workplace.
This role would suit someone from a procurement, sourcing, contracts administration or commercial support background who enjoys working across tenders, supplier management and contract governance activities.
Key Responsibilities Support sourcing and tender activities Prepare and administer contract documentation Assist with supplier evaluations and contract awards Raise and manage purchase orders Support procurement governance and compliance requirements Assist with supplier performance monitoring Maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships Support procurement reporting and administration activities Required Experience Procurement,



sourcing or contract administration experience Tender and contract lifecycle exposure Experience working with suppliers and commercial documentation SAP and/or Ariba experience highly regarded Experience within mining, resources, LNG, ports, energy or industrial environments Gladstone industry experience highly desirable If you're currently working in procurement, contracts administration or sourcing and have experience within the Gladstone industrial market, we'd love to hear from you.
