General clerk Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 70,000 to 75,000 per year Job Description: Position purpose The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and to provide ongoing support to executive level management.
This role also calls for superior communication skills in order to effectively maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main tasks Core objectives include: · Document Management: File, scan, and photocopy documents; organize and retrieve information to maintain highly accurate record-keeping systems.
· Communications: Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and responding to emails.
· Data Entry: Transcribe information, update spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records in company databases.
· Office Coordination:



Manage and order office supplies, sort and distribute incoming email, and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
· Administrative Support: Assist management and other staff with routine reporting, basic bookkeeping, and preparing presentations.
