Our client is a successful and growing Brisbane business that is expanding its finance team.
Due to increased workload, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Accounts Payable Officer who can hit the ground running and become an integral part of their close-knit team.
Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities Interpreting and applying multiple Modern Awards Reviewing payroll data and imported timesheets prior to processing Processing payroll accurately and on time Managing a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices Preparing supplier payments and ABA files Working across multiple Xero entities Assisting with general finance administration as required Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure everything runs smoothly To be successful in this role you'll bring:



Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience Strong experience interpreting multiple Modern Awards (essential) Previous Accounts Payable experience Experienced in Xero Experience using workforce management/payroll systems such as Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero, WageLoch or similar Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment What's on Offer: Permanent role with immediate start available $80-$85K + Super Varied role across both Payroll and Accounts Payable Supportive and collaborative finance team Growing business where your contribution will be valued Convenient Milton location close to public transport You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative finance team where everyone works together to achieve great outcomes.
