We are seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a growing team working across subdivision and civil construction projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong site experience and the ability to lead crews while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Location: Northside Brisbane (projects may require travel to other sites across the region) Key Responsibilities Leading and coordinating small civil crews on-site Delivering subdivision works from start to finish Road construction and associated civil works Set out and basic surveying tasks on site Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Working closely with site supervisors and project management Requirements Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand (or similar role)
