You'll be working across a strong pipeline of residential and industrial projects in Geelong and Melbourne's western suburbs, with an immediate focus on a $60M residential retirement apartment project in Geelong, currently in the delivery phase.
The role Managing delivery of the $60M retirement apartment project from construction through to completion Client-side representation- attending site, liaising with the contractor and consultants Working closely with a senior Project Director based in the Geelong office Contributing to a broader portfolio of Geelong projects over your career About you Solid PM experience on residential,
