Cook Full time We are looking for an energetic Cook to be part of our team at Beyond India Xpress.
The role will be at Beyond India Xpress, Rundle Place in Adelaide CBD.

Position Description: • Inspecting food items to ensure they meet quality and safety standards • Monitoring and adjusting the temperatures of ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment • Preparing and cooking meals according to recipes or specifications • Seasoning dishes appropriately during the cooking process • Portioning meals, plating food attractively, and adding sauces, gravies,



and garnishes • Storing ingredients and prepared food in temperature-controlled environments • Preparing meals that cater to specific dietary needs or restrictions • Assist in menu planning and estimating food and ingredient requirements • Responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff and apprentices To be considered for this role, you should: Hold an AQF Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery Have at least 1 year work experience as Cook Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members; Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work in a fast paced setting; multitask and handle stress; Able to commit beyond normal working hours as when required.
