What You'll Be Doing Create, cost and prepare service contract documents for branches and dealers Manage and control documentation for Customer Service Agreements (CSA's) Reconcile and process subscription services Support the service department with general administration Document work processes and routines within the service department What You Bring Previous service department administration experience Excellent computer skills Solid analytical and methodical approach High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Adaptable team player with a positive attitude Understanding of service terminology (advantageous, not essential) Admin qualification (advantageous, not essential) What's In It For You?
