We're seeking an experienced BMS Estimator who wants ownership of the full tendering process, strong project variety, and direct influence on commercial outcomes.

Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive BMS cost estimates across $200k–$3M projects ?
Review drawings, specifications, schematics, and scope documentation to build compliant solutions ?
Complete take-offs across mechanical HVAC plant and electrical control systems ?
Build cost models covering controllers, field devices, panels, cabling, graphics, commissioning, and labour ?




Price works across major BMS platforms including Schneider and Distech systems ?
Navigate builder tender portals and manage electronic submissions ?
Maintain complex spreadsheets ensuring structured, traceable, and commercially sound submissions ?
Liaise with builders, consultants, mechanical and electrical contractors to clarify scope and manage risk ?
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical and buildable ?
Manage RFIs, tender clarifications, and post-submission negotiations ?
Maintain pricing databases and track market rates and competitor positioning ?
Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, CRM updates, and tender handover to delivery teams About you: ?
2+ years' experience in BMS estimating or controls/building services pre-sales ?
Strong understanding of BMS architecture, HVAC systems, and building services integration ?
Experience pricing mechanical and electrical scopes ?
Familiar with Tier 2 commercial construction environments ?
Experience with Schneider and/or Distech systems ?
Robust Excel and Microsoft 365 skills ?
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with high accuracy ?
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ?
Detail-focused, organised, and commercially minded ?
