Conditions: Required to cover wards and oncall roster.
SCN is a level 4 Nursey.
We accept babies born from 34 weeks gestation.
We also accept back transfers from John Hunter Hospital NICU/ SCN from 32 weeks if reliable (this on case by case basis).
The paediatric ward accepts patients up to 16 years of age (to 18 years if they are complex patients known to the medical team and have not yet been transitioned to adult care).
