About the role We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven Sydney team.
This role will require a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to all you encounter.
Completive base salary + Super + Incentive + Vehicle You will be responsible for; Develop strategic and effective candidate and client relationships predominantly in the blue collar space.




Implement new solutions for candidates and clients Identify current business and account growth opportunities and collaborate to pursue these Create and implement business development initiatives for multiple locations Manage forecasts to ensure targets are achieved Mentor and develop team to ensure their productivity About you To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.
