Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure on-site quality control and compliance with all regulations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
About You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management.




Robust understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
