THE ORGANISATION Peoplecorp is partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on a 4-month contract .
This is a true generalist role where you'll work closely with the HR Director, providing both strategic support and hands-on operational HR expertise across the business.
This chance would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys variety, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
THE ROLE Working as a trusted partner to the HR Director, you'll support the delivery of key people initiatives while ensuring day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.
You'll build strong relationships with leaders, provide commercially focused advice and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience and support organisational objectives.




THE CRITERIA You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background and a proven ability to operate across both strategic and operational HR.
With excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you build trusted relationships quickly and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
