The Role This is much more than a traditional Platform Engineering role.
Working closely with the CTO and engineering teams across software, DevOps, security, data and hardware, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the platforms that underpin a globally used SaaS product.
You'll remain hands-on across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD and production systems while helping shape engineering standards, platform architecture and the adoption of modern AI-enabled engineering practices.

The Tech We're interested in speaking with Platform, DevOps, Cloud or Site Reliability Engineers with experience across some or all of the following: AWS and/or Azure cloud environments Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation Docker, Kubernetes or containerised environments Observability, monitoring and incident management AI-assisted engineering tools and automation Security, governance and modern engineering best practices Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor others Experience working within SaaS, IoT, retail technology or other high-scale environments would be highly regarded.
