They are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (8+ PQE) to join their Property + Projects team, with a focus on commercial and retail leasing matters.
The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer who enjoys high-quality work, autonomy and building strong client relationships.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including major retail brands, ASX-listed organisations, multinational businesses and in-house legal teams, providing strategic advice across a broad range of property matters.
Your experience will include: Retail and commercial leasing transactions, including negotiations, reviews, renewals, variations, assignments, surrenders and consent deeds Managing property portfolios for large corporate clients Providing advice on commercial property matters, developments, acquisitions, sales and market entry strategies Supporting clients with fitout and construction-related agreements Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver practical solutions About You We are looking for a senior property lawyer who is commercially focused and passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You will have:



8+ years PQE experience in commercial and/or retail leasing Strong technical knowledge and experience managing complex leasing matters The ability to independently manage your own matters and client relationships Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving practical outcomes A genuine interest in innovation, technology and improving the way legal services are delivered This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction and high-quality legal work, but is looking for a different approach to traditional private practice.
