The Prospect Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will support the executive team by delivering accurate analysis, meaningful reporting and commercial insights across the business.
You'll work with financial and property data to produce reports that support investment decisions, portfolio performance and business strategy, while gaining valuable exposure to the full lifecycle of property development.




Responsibilities Analysis Reporting Collect, validate and analysis financial and property data.
Prepare executive reports and analysis on existing assets and active, passive and prospective projects.
Identify trends and provide commercial insights.
Financial Support Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
Support feasibility analysis and investment reviews.
Monitor project and portfolio performance.
Business Stakeholder Support Work closely with finance and development teams.
Coordinate information from internal and external stakeholders.
Present accurate and timely information for executive decision making.
About You You may currently be working in a Big Four advisory team, property or investment analysis, commercial property valuations or a similar analytical role.
You will also bring: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A curious mindset and genuine interest in property and development.
