About the Role This newly-shaped Safety Business Partner role will provide strategic and operational safety leadership across the site, partnering closely with the Head of Operations and functional leaders to embed effective risk management, strong reporting and a proactive safety culture.
You'll take a transformational approach - moving the function from transactional to strategic - influencing leaders, uplifting near-miss and incident reporting, and building safety systems that are practical and fit for a fast-paced, 24/7 processing environment.
