Your Employer Our client is a large Australian agribusiness with national operations across production, supply chain, logistics, commercial and corporate functions.
They supply major retail and wholesale channels and operate across multiple locations, workforce types and seasonal environments.
This is a practical, hands-on business where HR works closely with operational leaders and the work connects directly to Australian food supply.
The HR function is improving systems, lifting manager capability, strengthening people programs and reducing transactional workload through better processes and technology.
The Role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide practical HRBP support across a complex national operation.
You will build trust with leaders, understand their commercial priorities and take ownership of work that improves people outcomes and business performance.
This role suits someone who can learn quickly, work through complexity and run with projects without needing heavy direction.
Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to provide practical, commercial HR advice.
Build trusted relationships across operational and support teams.
Support ER, IR, performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
Coach leaders to manage people matters confidently and consistently.
Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, reviews and employee development.
Contribute to engagement, culture, graduate and emerging leader programs.
Improve HR processes, workflows and documentation using practical systems.
About You: You are a capable HR generalist who enjoys complex, operational businesses.
You build trust quickly,
communicate practically and understand that strong HR support needs to consider both people outcomes and commercial realities.
You will bring: Generalist HR experience, ideally around five years or equivalent capability.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, ER and IR.
Experience in a complex, multi-site or operationally diverse business.
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand operational priorities.
Confidence building relationships with managers and becoming a trusted resource.
Initiative, ownership and the ability to deliver work independently.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Remuneration and benefits include: Salary range of $130,000-$140,000 + super Discretionary bonus.
Free onsite parking.
Some work-from-home flexibility, generally up to two days per week.
Occasional site travel and exposure to a national operating footprint.
