This is the perfect opportunity for a Junior Strata Manager looking to develop their career under experienced mentors while gradually building their own portfolio.
Based in the Kogarah area, you'll enjoy a supportive team environment, genuine career progression and the prospect to work across a diverse portfolio while gaining exposure to all strata matters.
The Role You'll work closely with Senior Strata Managers while progressively managing your own portfolio, giving you the perfect balance of support and autonomy.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the management of residential strata portfolios Gradually taking ownership of a small portfolio Preparing meeting agendas and minutes Chairing Owners Corporation meetings Building strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors Coordinating maintenance and resolving day-to-day strata matters Assisting with defect claims, remedial works and legal matters Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders About You To be successful,



you'll have: Minimum 2 years' experience in Strata Management Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Experience using Strata Master (Filesmart experience highly regarded) A proactive attitude and genuine passion for strata management What's on Offer?
