About the Role As a Customer Field Technician, you'll install, maintain and repair telecommunications services across residential and business customer sites.
You'll work across fibre, copper and HFC technologies, ensuring customers stay connected while delivering safe, high-quality workmanship.
Your Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair telecommunications services.
Diagnose and rectify faults across fibre, copper and HFC networks.
Complete cabling, jointing, splicing and testing activities.
Deliver a high standard of workmanship while meeting productivity targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
Accurately complete field documentation and job records.
About You To be successful you'll ideally have:



Current ACMA Cabling Licence (essential).
Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
Experience in a telecommunications field technician role.
Experience working with fibre, copper and/or HFC networks.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
A strong commitment to safety and quality.
