The Role Advise major lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and restructuring matters.
Work directly with experienced partners on sophisticated financing structures, derivatives, streaming and royalty arrangements and large-scale resources transactions.
Draft and negotiate key finance documents while collaborating with clients and colleagues across all levels to deliver commercial, solutions-focused advice.




About You You will ideally have 4+ years' PAE in banking and finance, with experience in leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance.
You will bring exceptional drafting skills, robust analytical capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex matters.
You will enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating confidence in client engagement and a commitment to professional excellence.
