About the Role ...
We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to work on a Full time basis within a tight knit team you'll be working alongside chefs with years of knowledge to further develop your skillset.
Key Responsibilities Include: Working in a busy venue Keeping a sharp attention to detail Ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes and standards.




Utilise your creative expertise in cookery to produce high quality meals for customers.
Monitor food quality and ensure policies and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any deviations to the Sous Chef Promote safe work practices in the kitchen Liaise with Sous Chef, Chef D'Partie, Executive Chef regarding service standards Preferred skills and experience: Experience in a multi-faceted kitchen Experience in Food Safety Act Reliability and availability to work a flexible roster Ability to work well under pressure If you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you!
