This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing WA property owner and manage a focused portfolio of two neighbourhood shopping centres.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your portfolio while building strong retailer relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of community-focused retail assets.
With direct access to decision-makers, minimal bureaucracy and a supportive team culture, this is the ideal role for an experienced Retail Property Manager looking for greater flexibility, ownership and long-term career growth.
What You'll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day operations of two neighbourhood shopping centres Building strong relationships with retailers and delivering exceptional tenant service Coordinating contractors, maintenance and facilities operations Preparing budgets, financial reporting and monitoring expenditure Managing compliance, risk and operational performance across the centres Coordinating capital works and centre improvement projects Supporting leasing activities,
