About You: Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged care Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills Experience leading, supervising and developing staff Understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning Excellent communication, leadership and problemsolving Robust organisation, time management and tech confidence A compassionate, residentfocused approach Current Police Check (within 12 months) RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration Why Join For Purpose Aged Care?
