We require an experienced Cook to join our busy team.
Duties and responsibilities include : Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation,



cooking and presentation Develop new menu items and specials as required To be considered you will need to hold an Australian qualification in commercial cookery plus preferably a hospitality management qualification.
One to two years' experience in a busy restaurant is required.
This is a full time prospect working 38 hours per week, between the hours of Monday to Sunday 6am - 9pm.
Ability to work on a rotating flexible shift is essential.
An immediate start is available.
A remuneration package of $80,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
