Planning Environment Lawyer | Associate level upwards | Fantastic mid-tier firm | Brisbane CBD The Firm The Role One of our clients, an excellent mid-tier firm, is seeking an experienced Planning Environment lawyer to join their team in a career-building Associate role.
You will work closely with a highly experienced and personable Planning Environment Partner (who has almost 25 years' of experience in the field) on a broad mix of matters, including: Land use planning and zoning regulations Environmental impact assessments and protection laws Development approvals You will manage your own files and assist on Partner-led matters, draft opinions, conduct research and advocate for clients before tribunals and government bodies.
About You You will have: Strong experience in planning and environment law Knowledge (and an understanding) of land use planning, zoning regulations and environmental impact assessments Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills Strong communication and client management skills The ability to manage competing priorities, whilst maintaining quality and accuracy A proactive,
