Our client is a highly regarded commercial builder with an excellent reputation for delivering premium hospitality and fit-out projects across Queensland.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to join their team.
About the Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of hospitality construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and consultants to successfully deliver fast-paced and technically challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities from commencement through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers,



and site personnel Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Maintain strict adherence to WHS requirements Conduct site meetings and progress reporting Oversee quality assurance and defect management Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders About You Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering hospitality fit-out or refurbishment projects Experience working on pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, or licensed venues Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines Current White Card First Aid Certificate (preferred) What's on Offer Work with a respected and well-established builder Diverse portfolio of exciting hospitality projects Strong pipeline of secured work Supportive team culture with long-term career opportunities Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Apply Now If you are a motivated Site Manager with hospitality construction experience and hold a current QBCC Licence, we would love to hear from you.
