Supporting a national workforce, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies.
Working in a standalone capacity, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure talent across a range of functions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
This position will suit a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working autonomously, managing competing priorities and partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment needs Develop and post job advertisements across relevant sourcing channels Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process Manage reference checks, background checks and pre-employment requirements Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation Provide recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers Maintain recruitment systems and ensure a positive candidate experience Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required About you Immediately available Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter role Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Experience recruiting across both white and blue collar roles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and build credibility with leaders quickly Comfortable managing a busy workload and multiple concurrent vacancies A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Comfortable operating in an workplace where priorities can change and ambiguity exists If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online quoting Ref no:******* for the attention of Georgina Norman.
