Long-term job security Great Safety Culture An opportunity to grow your skills and work within a great team Programmed Energy Resources is looking for an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead the delivery of new and existing workforce contracts with various mining clients across the Bowen Basin.
You'll work closely with our customers, lead day-to-day operations across multiple mine sites, and help build a safe, high-performing workforce.
If you have strong operational experience in open-cut black coal mining, enjoy building relationships, and can confidently manage the challenges of a busy site environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role This is a site-based leadership role working across various mine sites in the Bowen Basin, starting on a 5/2 roster with 12-hour shifts and accommodation provided while on swing.
This role is perfect for someone based near Townsville QLD.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our workforce is supported, our customer receives exceptional service, and the contract operates safely and efficiently.
As the contracts grows, the roster is expected to move to 7 days on / 7 days off, with the role also expanding to include business development and growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing Building solid relationships with our customer and site leaders.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of workforce services.
Ensure rosters are filled and employees are supported.
Monitor safety, compliance and operational performance.
Assist new and existing employees onsite to ensure compliance and safety expectations of the client are upheld Solve problems quickly and keep communication flowing.
Work closely with recruitment, operations and safety teams.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and grow the our market share.
About You You'll bring: Strong experience in the open-cut black coal industry .
Experience leading operations,



contractor management or account management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to make sound decisions.
A genuine commitment to safety and delivering great customer outcomes.
