YOUR ROLE As a key member of this successful TPD/Super/Insurance Team, being mentored by top senior personal injury lawyers, you will relish obtaining justice for your totally permanently disabled clients.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an admitted solicitor (or soon to be) + have MINIMUM 1 YEAR experience managing TPD (total permanent disablement) matters making claims via superannuation funds/insurance policies either working in a law firm OR in-house for an insurer or super fund; have a keen interest in carving out a specialisation in TPD [essential]; have strong legal research skills, are client-centric and deadline driven; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are ambitious+ hungry to accelerate your career and be mentored by people who will help you succeed.
