Job details Roller Operator $***** p/h + penalties Located in Bundaberg QLD Immediate Start About Our Client: Our client is a well-respected and award-winning civil construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure, subdivision, and earthworks projects across Australi What you will be doing: Operate padfoot and smooth drum rollers safely and effectively Perform compaction works in accordance with project requirements Conduct daily pre-start and routine maintenance checks on equipment Work alongside site supervisors and earthworks crews to achieve project outcomes Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety What you will need: Proven experience operating rollers on civil construction projects Current Roller Ticket/RII (highly regarded) Construction White Card Ability to interpret site instructions and work plans Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Whats in it for you?
