We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing allied health provider supporting NDIS participants around Parramatta.
This is a rare opportunity to become the lead Occupational Therapist within the organisation and help shape the future direction of an expanding OT service.

The Role Working with NDIS participants, you will: Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions Deliver community, telehealth and clinic based services Complete reports and recommendations Manage your own diary and ongoing participant relationships Work collaboratively with the broader allied health team Contribute to the growth and development of the Occupational Therapy service What's On Offer Salary of $110k + Super Adaptable hybrid working arrangements Travel reimbursement (cents per kilometre) Extensive CPD support and professional development funding Monthly team breakfasts and a supportive team culture Realistic billable hours, that can be averaged out over the week Genuine future leadership opportunities as the service expands Opportunity to have a significant influence on how the OT service evolves About You To be successful, you'll have: Minimum 2 years' Occupational Therapy experience Experience working with NDIS participants (highly regarded) Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload Excellent communication and report-writing skills Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle A passion for delivering high-quality participant outcomes Ready for the Next Step?
