About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting operational performance, leading large teams and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
You'll work across all aspects of the business, from people leadership and merchandising through to stock management, financial performance and operational excellence, preparing you for future Store Manager opportunities.
About You Previous leadership experience within alarge-format supermarket retail environment Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop large teams Solid understanding of supermarket operations and customer service excellence Commercial awareness with experience managing wages, shrinkage and productivity Passion for fresh food, merchandising and operational standards Confident communicator who leads by example Sound knowledge of food safety, compliance and workplace health safety The Opportunity Support the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations Coach and develop Department Managers and team members Drive sales, customer experience and operational performance Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards Assist with rostering, stock control, labour management and cost control Champion a positive,
