As a result of organic growth, we're seeking a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to champion the success of their Southport team.

The Role Provide training coaching to 2 Rehabilitation Consultants support more team members as the team grows Foster great relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers treating practitioners Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW injury management services Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic functional assessments Identify barriers to recovery develop practical RTW solutions Achieve positive recovery, engagement return to work outcomes Initially, your role will involve approximately 20% leadership (training, coaching customers) 80% proactive case management Travel to visit clients around the Gold Coast - Burleigh, Currumbin Coomera areas - referrals shared between the team allocated as close to your home as possible The Benefits Salary $*******K + Super Incentive program with significant earning potential - one of the most generous schemes in the industry!
