What you'll be doing: Nurturing and developing an existing database to uncover new opportunities Actively reaching out and creating fresh business leads Meeting with potential clients to provide clear, confident rental assessments Converting prospects into signed managements through strong communication and follow-through Overseeing the setup of new properties to ensure they're market-ready Handing over new listings to the Property Management team with clarity and care What you'll need:
