Your Role We are seeking skilled and driven Chefs and Cooks to play a key role in our kitchen operations.
These are hands-on positions that are essential to maintaining the efficient delivery of top-quality meals in a busy, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities Develop menus, estimate food and labour costs, and oversee food supply orders Supervise dish quality throughout preparation and presentation Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities with Managers, Dietitians, and service staff Instruct team members on cooking methods and share culinary techniques Prepare and cook meals in line with set menus and specific dietary needs Adhere strictly to all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality standards Adjust cooking equipment temperatures (ovens, grills, etc.)
